UP To 50 Gallons Per Minute Of Evaporation Per Unit

MEGA-Drain® strives to bring the best value to its customers by partnering with entities that offer the best technologies at the best value proposition.  Our partner in water treatment and rapid water disposal is FracCure Turbine Aeration by Varacorp.

Their proprietary system is a plug and play platform with numerous advantages that make it the economical leader.  The beauty is the simplicity and solid workhorse dependability.  FracCure departs from legacy style aeration by doing away with high energy consuming paddles and impellers that impart oxygen via brute mechanical force.

FracCure is more of an air induction system than it is a mechanical platform.  Pressurized air is imparted into the water via a broadcasting turbine in the form of microbubbles and does not rely upon agitation.  Inducted air causes a sub-surface gaseous storm plume expanding up to 100’ in diameter of micro-bubbles.  When the air departs from the water it brings gasified water vapor with it.

Accelerated Evaporation by Aeration.png
Turbine Wheel.png

FracCure turbine technology combines the physics principles of centrifugal force and precession applied to rotating fluids

This technology offers huge advantages in that:

Water is evaporated with low energy input
One aerator can evaporate up to 50 gallons per minute pending local humidity
No airborne misting jets are created that can drift/cause contamination with wind
Installation is quick and easy
System contains both waste and cost
